1. Understand What You’re Really Afraid Of

Stage fright usually isn’t about the audience—it’s about judgment. That voice in your head saying:

“What if I look cringey?”

“What will other artists think?”

Truth bomb: That voice isn’t your truth—it’s your ego. And it’s trying to keep you “safe.”

2. Start Small (Seriously, Tiny)
